Are AquaDiva Boots Waterproof?

Only product that is noted as "WATERPROOF" on the product page are to be considered waterproof. If you have any doubts or questions please make sure to email us at AquaDiva@papillonintl.com. Please make sure to reference the style name in your inquiry. 

Should We Use Waterproof Treatment Product on AquaDiva Footwear?

All of our product noted "WATERPROOF" are already treated against water. You can however add an additional coat of water repellent product to enforce.

What is Your Waterproof Policy?

We guarantee our waterproofing for 8 months after the date of purchase. No exceptions will be made for footwear that was purchased over 8 months before the claim.

In Store Purchases: Please revisit the store whereby the pair of AquaDiva was purchased to resolve.

For Online Purchases: Submit all claims to AquaDiva@papillonintl.com - please include in the subject line "AquaDiva Warranty Claim".

How To Clean AquaDiva Product?

Leather : Wipe leather gently with a damp cloth. Avoid using detergents. 

Suede: Use suede brush in a gentle manner to remove dirt. Avoid using detergents.

Where Does Your Product Ship From?

We ship all of our product from Montreal (Quebec, Canada). We currently only ship product to Canada. We do not ship to the United States or internationally.

What Is Your Return Policy?

A return can be made only within 7 days of receiving the product. If unsure, please refer to the UPS tracking number to see exactly what date the order was received. A refund will only be given once the product is received and after it passes inspection. If an item is considered returned with traces of wear, or returned in bad condition, a refund will not be given. 

How Much Is Shipping?

Shipping is complimentary. Please note however that we currently only sell to customers in Canada.
